Dear Future Homeowners

From the first moment we drove up to 66 Hughes Street four years ago, we knew it was a special place. The turnkey renovations made before we moved in allowed us to quickly feel at home and make memories as a family.

We've found the home a perfect size for our family. The open floor plan on the main floor allows us to all be together without feeling on top of each other. We've spent countless nights nestled together on the living room couch watching movies as the sun sets through the bay windows. The large kitchen with center island has been perfect for entertaining guests - and always feels like it becomes the congregating spot for celebrations.

The fully finished basement has been a haven for our young son, with plenty of room for his toys while not feeling cluttered. And while both parents have been working from home this year, there has been plenty of space for us to have separate offices.

With more and more families moving onto Hughes Street, it's been a great place for our young son to grow up. We hope you enjoy growing up here as much as we have!
