After the successful closing of your home, rather than buying you another knick-knack for a closing gift, your agent will make a donation to a charity of your choice. Your closing will help your favorite cause. Your agent looks forward to partnering with you on the sale or purchase of your home, so that they can make a donation on your behalf and make a difference in the world. Simply select the charity of your choice and we will let you know that your donation has been processed.

When you buy your home with us, you won’t get a closing gift. Instead, we ask that you pick a charity of your choice and we donate to that charity on your behalf. Start thinking about what charity you are most passionate about - your home purchase will make difference!
