Dear Future Homeowners

We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we have. Prior to purchasing this home, we saw several houses but as soon as we saw this house, everything just clicked. We were a newlywed couple 3 weeks shy from the birth of our first born. As we toured this home, we instantly felt a special connection with the house and never regretted it. It is the first home we purchased together as a married couple. It’s where we brought our 2 infants home from the hospital. Over the past 6 years, this home has brought us so much happiness that we hope to pass on to you.

We enjoy cooking and baking so as you can imagine, when we saw the kitchen, we were  in love. The kitchen has truly been the heart of the home for us. We have precious memories of cooking for family and friends, baking with our kids, and just hanging out around the island eating pizza on Friday nights. We’ve been a heartbeat away from NYC. With easy access to the city  via the corner buses, train, or car, we’ve been able to enjoy Sunday brunch in NYC, shows (pre-COVID), or easily get to work without a problem.

We hope you will enjoy the beautiful and peaceful backyard as much as we have. Morning coffee on the deck, back yard barbeques, watching our kids run through the sprinkler, and hosting a wedding reception are just some of the ways we have enjoyed this beautiful space and created countless memories. We also hosted a neighborhood gathering in the backyard. Speaking of neighbors, ours have been so pleasant and welcoming. We have been fortunate to be part of a community of kind and resourceful people.

We are an outdoorsy family and evening walks are a part of our routine after work. We have walked the neighborhood countless times and have made several stops to Mark and Julie’s for ice cream. Fortissimo, the local pizzeria down the street has also made dinner time easy! Aron’s is within walking distance for groceries and Whole Foods and ShopRite are just a short drive away. This area has so much to offer including the 9/11 memorial, the Lenape trail for hikes, Verona Park , and Turtleback zoo, to name a few.  If you exercise and don’t have actual equipment, we can assure you that walking or running up the hill on this street will help you get your work out in!

We could go on and on but in short, we will miss this house. It has served us well and we hope it will do the same for you. We view this house as a gem. We leave it with a lot love and hope it will bring you as much joy as it has for us. All the best to you!
