Adrianna Donat has called the South Orange-Maplewood area home for 20 years and deeply loves this vibrant community. When she and her husband purchased their 114-year-old home, they carefully restored and expanded it, working with local vendors to ensure the design fit both the character of the neighborhood and the needs of their growing family. Raising their two boys in the South Orange-Maplewood School District, Adrianna became actively involved in the community, serving on the PTAs/HSAs of Marshall Elementary, Bolden Elementary, Maplewood Middle School, and Columbia High School.

Her passion for supporting youth programs extends beyond the classroom. Adrianna spent three years on the board of directors for CHS Ultimate Frisbee, helping guide the team to Nationals in 2023, and she continues to serve as a Committee Member of Troop 5 in Maplewood. She also volunteers with BackPack Pals, ensuring students in need receive essential food support.

An avid pickleball player and nature enthusiast, Adrianna hikes in the South Mountain Reservation several times a week, appreciating every bit of the natural beauty this area has to offer. She’s a dedicated animal lover (with the possible exception of crocodiles) and finds relaxation through pottery, crafting unique pieces by hand.

Adrianna believes that South Orange, Maplewood, and the surrounding towns are among the most fulfilling places to live, and she is passionate about helping others find their perfect home here. Whether guiding first-time buyers or assisting those looking to right-size their living space, she is committed to making every client feel welcome—because to Adrianna, finding a home is more than a transaction, it’s an invitation to the party.
