Denise first met Vanessa Pollock in 2014, and was immediately inspired by her genuine passion to serve her clients, and her desire to reach out and give back to the community. Ever since that life-changing coffee date, Denise’s heart has been on the PPG team, where she was awarded KW’s “Rookie of the Year” in 2015, and where she has served more than 250 families. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY (the city of good neighbors), Denise initially moved to New York City in 1990 to pursue a career in theatre. After more than ten years performing in Broadway shows and touring across the United States, Canada, Korea, and China, Denise switched gears, and allowed her love of real estate and design to take hold. With a keen eye for detail, and a love for unique and beautiful spaces, Denise began working as an interior stylist for real estate and photo shoots throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. She has owned and renovated numerous homes in New Jersey and Manhattan, so she knows first hand what it feels like to undertake a huge home improvement project, and how truly important it is to have a good real estate agent's support and expertise when buying and selling. She loves homes, she loves this diverse yet tightly knit community, and she LOVES helping people to find the perfect home that speaks to them and suits their needs. She is extremely committed to building strong and lasting relationships with her clients. Denise resides in South Orange with her husband and their two boys, where they love to explore, renovate and EAT.
