Dear Future Homeowners, We arrived here a little over 4 years ago and discovered that the neighborhood was delightful, welcoming people, providing support along the way. Quiet. Safe. With a nice balance between urban space and nature around. Close proximity to easy commute train station. Nice restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. We enjoyed this home in particular during the pandemic because of the spaciousness. And the combination of flowing rooms and the backyard have made an ideal environment for us and our furry family, so we easily envision a similar experience for someone who needs space, for kids, and to have fun. While we don't have kids, the neighbors talk about the advantages the great school systems for their children and the convenience of the location. We've enjoyed enhancing our surroundings by working in the garden. Watching the dogs run around the backyard in the snow. Barbecuing in the backyard in the summer. The neighborhood Halloween party is always a great time! All this makes this a very unique environment - a beautiful, spacious house in an incredible neighborhood... a rarity indeed!
