From wild, vintage wallpapers and bold, fierce paint colors to organic and original art, we have seen a lot of diversity of style and aesthetic in the dozens & dozens of homes listed and sold with Pollock Properties Group throughout last year. Our own home’s can often be wild and untamed, yet, they are the places where we find solace from the outside world - for it is in the wild where we find peace.

 As an example of how we incorporated the wild and unique qualities of our client’s home into our staging design, we used the client’s vintage wallpaper as a beautiful backdrop that added texture and character to the staging design. Additionally, instead of having our clients paint their walls a neutral color, though often we recommend this when the situation calls for it, we embraced their unique personality expressed through their wall color and original artwork collections.

We are deeply passionate about employing a staging philosophy that does not erase a home’s character and unique qualities. Instead, my hope is to showcase what is special or uniquely “wild” about each and every home.
